Brokers can usually get you a BETTER INTEREST RATE than you will get at your
own bank; at least 1-1.5 % off bank posted rates. There are other
terms and conditions that influence what type of mortgage will work best for you

We all maintain busy schedules. My services are free to clients, as I am paid
a commission by the lender we ultimately place your mortgage with. I shop with
over 30 lenders to ensure you are getting the most favorable interest rates
